National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Athletes Program Mike Gimbel Associates offers a college athlete substance abuse education program that is certified by the NCAA. All NCAA colleges and universities are required to provide substance abuse education to their student athletes each school year. Mike Gimbel Associates can provide that education and the school will be eligible to receive grant funds from the NCAA to cover the cost of the program.
